I loved how Cara brought all of her being and body to the space, in her class, allowing and inspiring us to do the same. Thank you so much for creating this playful, authentic, safe and loving container. The hour was over WAY too soon.

Thank you for holding this space for connection! I haven't been in a year and its so needed! I always get anxious about group work, but that's because its exactly what I need. Pushing the comfort zones, engaging touching, breathing. Its all great. Cara you are amazing!

Into the deepest place of me, where I barely remember the beginning of a "me", that's where I returned. Returned to move as that which dances the Universe itself. Fearless, primal, and in love with the Love that it is. Nancy knows this realm, this place. She draws us back there, down there, into that sacred realm of divine movement and sensation, invites us to play and dance with our fear and desire,...invites us to meet there in that field of pure experience. She leaves us changed. Different creatures than we arrived as.

I first came to an E.D @ Yoga by Trader Joe's and thought y'all were weird. Then I came again and got weird. This is my fam. This is my community. This is my church. Nancy holds the container for a very safe, sacred, and healing space. She created an environment that encouraged both internal exploration and connection with the other...a polarity not easy for many facilitators to hold. Her music maintains a great balance of masculine and feminine, and as a DJ she is truly an artist, knowing how to create a wave of music that allows for active dancing as well as slower movements in a way that makes sense to even the most novice of dancers. It is easy to see that Nancy truly enjoys what she does, and that her primary objective is to support the dancers and their varying experiences. She makes the experience about the others, with the understanding that she is the vessel delivering the magic. I highly recommend being in any space that Nancy is a part of, because, as I said in the beginning, you will touch a bit of heaven

I'm in town for 10 days, found you on Faceboook. Took a different class on Wed - it was all about copy & memorize a score - I couldn't do it! No interaction or even a hello between dancers. Today Fri the complete opposite -- Hi, how are you and 2 hugs in the first minute, followed by mindful heartfelt play, dance, connection and love in action. Now I feel at home. Mahalo ("thank you" in Hawaiian). If you ever visit Maui, look me up and I will dance with you on the beach.

I have been to three events hosted by you and have always walked away full of love and life.The positive energy that is shared has been a true blessing for me as I am in a transitional state in my life.I can't imagine my life being the same without Dance and the true freedom that is from just "Being" without the fear of judgement. The moment is Divine when one moves from within.
